The first widespread test of the National Emergency Alert System will be conducted at 2:00 PM EST today November 9, 2011.  A new video has been posted - check it out!  This video additionally addresses persons with access and functional needs - specifically those persons with hearing or visual impairments.  Be prepared to receive an alert notice at 2:00 PM EST today through various methods.
