Graham McKeen is responsible for oversight and administration of all Environmental Health and Safety programs at IU Bloomington.

He also is responsible for administering the food protection program for temporary food events and permanent food service facilities as well as addressing public and environmental health issues associated with drinking and swimming water quality, sewage problems inside buildings, communicable diseases, pest management, and planning and preparedness for public health emergencies.

Before his role as interim director, which began in 2017, McKeen served as public health manager since 2013 and worked as an environmental health specialist at IU before that. He also worked for a year as an environmental health specialist for the Brown County Health Department.
