With over twelve years of IT experience at Indiana University, Charles has served in technical and IT support roles as a Lead Network Engineer and IT Strategy Business Analyst, respectively. After completing his M.S. in Information Systems (MSIS) from the Kelley School of Business in 2013, Charles returned to Indiana University to collaboratively implement IU’s security policy IT-28, Cyber Risk Mitigation Responsibilities. He focused primarily on cyber risk assessment, IT policy interpretation, and community outreach.
