University approval of agreements
University approval is required for agreements with vendors and performers slated for events or activities at IU. Contact INLOCC at racoma@indiana.edu or 812-855-9758.

Review the university's Fireworks/Pyrotechnics on University Property policy and then send an email to INLOCC@iu.edu at least 30 days prior to the event to provide details required by the policy.

Vendors must supply a certificate of insurance that meets the requirements of IU's Office of Insurance, Loss Control and Claims. Contact INLOCC at racoma@indiana.edu or 812-855-9758.

Portable toilets must be provided at the rate of one for every 100 people at your event.
Drawings and prizes
Drawings and other "games of chance" may be used to increase interest in an event but value of the giveaways is limited.
