Purpose
To provide the Indiana University Police Department (IUPD) with guidance for updating training records.
General Order (6.1.4)
The IUPD training coordinators will be responsible for ensuring that the Training Management System is updated with a student record for each department member who participates in a training course and an instructor record for each department member who instructs a course on behalf of the IUPD. The IUPD student and instructor records will be retained indefinitely.
