Course description
This ServSafe Food Protection Manager course helps individuals new to food service understand the importance of food safety and how to ensure that their facility meets or exceeds food safety standards. Per Indiana Retail Food Establishment Sanitation Requirements Title 410 IAC 7-26, food establishments must have a Certified Food Protection Manager who has shown proficiency of required information through a certificate as defined by IC 16-42-5.2-3.7, unless the establishment meets the criteria to be exempt.
