| Employee Assistance Program The IU Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a voluntary program that provides professional, confidential counseling to help individuals bring their life into better balance and is offered at no cost to eligible IU employees. Indiana University encourages individuals with alcohol or other drug-related problems to seek assistance through their health care provider or the EAP. Full-time academic and staff employees, medical residents, and eligible graduate appointees and fellowship recipients are eligible to use the services of the EAP. Covered individuals also include household members. HR also provides information to employees related to FMLA as it covers time off associated with employee rehabilitation.

| Vector Solutions – Alcohol EDU for College Alcohol EDU for College is a third-party online alcohol and other drug education and prevention course administered each fall with incoming students. The course includes information about laws and policies, effects of alcohol, social perceptions of college drinking, harm reduction strategies, and healthy choices.
